Chat Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Community Health Systems is seeking a remote Chat Support Officer to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing customer support through chat platforms, helping users with any inquiries, issues, or technical difficulties they may have.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat platforms in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support strategies and processes - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics - Continuously strive to improve customer experience and satisfaction - Monitor and respond to customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer support or similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to different communication styles and customer needs - Strong persuasion skills to influence customers and drive positive outcomes - Ability to work independently and take initiative in solving problems - Proficiency in using chat platforms and other customer support tools/software - A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers - Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment
