Chat Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Chat Support Officer at Kroger, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This is a remote work position based in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate level role, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, account issues, and more - Provide solutions to customer problems and ensure a positive customer experience - Use persuasion and creativity to upsell products and services - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Persuasion skills and creativity to upsell products - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Previous experience with online chat support is preferred
