Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Chat Support Representative to join our remote team at Star Entertainment Group. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat communication.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely manner via chat platform - Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy - Ensure accurate and efficient handling of customer information and data - Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and solve customer problems - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics - Communicate effectively with customers to build rapport and trust - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or chat support - Strong communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately - Reliable and hardworking personality traits - Strategic planning and teamwork soft skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment - Proficient in using chat platforms and customer service software - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent required
