Job description: Owens & Minor is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team in Adelaide, South Australia. The Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, reliable, and possess strong decision-making and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Must be resourceful, reliable, and demonstrate strong decision-making and cooperation skills
