Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Associate at Staples, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while working remotely from Brisbane, Queensland, AU. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and personalized service.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video calls to understand their needs and provide assistance - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Provide product recommendations and solutions to meet clients' needs - Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company database - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market changes to effectively assist clients - Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall client experience and satisfaction - Meet or exceed sales and client retention targets set by the company

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and energetic personality - Creativity and problem-solving abilities - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus but not required
