Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Associate at Darden Restaurants, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with our clients. This role will be fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual with at least 3 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients - Resolve any client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities - Experience with people management - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service
