Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

As a Client Relations Officer at ConocoPhillips, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This is a remote work position based in Adelaide, South Australia, with full-time hours and a seniority level of Associate. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, who is motivated and energetic, with strong adaptability and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded - Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to enhance client satisfaction and company revenue - Providing regular updates to clients on industry trends, company news, and other relevant information - Resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
