Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

McDonald’s is seeking a reliable and passionate Client Service Representative to join our remote team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to identify client needs and preferences - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products or services to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the database - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding client interactions

Requirements: - Reliable and passionate individual with strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Possess strong persuasion and research skills - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
