Job Description - Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Edison International is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. We are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, who are independent, confident, detail-oriented, and possess strong research skills.


As a Client Support Associate, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


- Providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Maintaining accurate client records and documentation - Conducting research to address client questions and concerns - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed


The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus. Additionally, candidates should have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
