Job Description:
Navistar International, a leading company in the transportation industry, is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Support Associate to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in client support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. - Troubleshoot client issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and concerns. - Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition to our services. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to existing clients. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support.
Requirements: - Proven experience in a client support role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound decisions. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
