Job Description:
Williams is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, but will offer the flexibility to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a client support or related role, with a track record of exceptional customer service and team leadership skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of client support representatives to ensure excellent customer service and support - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and concerns - Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement - Train and mentor team members to promote professional growth and development - Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching - Handle escalated client issues and negotiate solutions - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in a client support role, with at least 6 years of experience - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Strategic planning and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Hardworking and motivated personality traits - Ability to adapt to changing environments and technologies - Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support software
