Job Description - Client Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description: Alcoa is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Support Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in Adelaide, South Australia. This position is perfect for entry-level professionals looking to gain experience in the customer service and support industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting issues and provide solutions to their problems 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions 5. Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and provide feedback to management 6. Stay informed about company products and services in order to effectively assist clients 7. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. Resilient and passionate about providing excellent customer service 8. Critical thinking and presentation skills 9. Ability to work remotely and maintain a high level of productivity
