Job Description:
Jarden is seeking a passionate and independent Client Support Officer to join our team in a remote work setting. As an Entry Level position, this role offers the opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic and innovative environment. The Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account set-up, troubleshooting, and product information - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions - Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences - Use persuasion skills to encourage clients to try new products or services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the client experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or client support - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Excellent research and problem-solving skills - Persuasion skills to influence client behavior - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
