Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Celgene. This is a remote work position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. - Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of any issues. - Conduct research to understand market trends and competitor strategies to better serve clients. - Negotiate with clients on pricing, contracts, and other relevant matters to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in client support or customer service. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Reliable and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines. - Strong research and negotiation skills.
