Are you looking for a short-term opportunity to showcase your administrative skills and customer service expertise? We are seeking three dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Care Centre Officers on a temporary basis.
Position Description: As a Customer Care Centre Officer, you will be responsible for supporting our call centre team with essential administrative tasks that are integral to maintaining our high standards of customer care. This role involves handling admin and processing tasks related to returned accounts, notifications, and payment arrangement inquiries. Additionally, you may be required to make outbound calls to clients when necessary.
