Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work

Deputy is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong sense of drive and independence.


As a Customer Care Manager at Deputy, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of customer care representatives in providing exceptional support to our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer care department, including managing customer inquiries, escalations, and feedback. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.


The successful candidate will possess excellent emotional intelligence and people management skills, as well as a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service. You must be able to work effectively in a remote environment and be comfortable leading a team of remote employees.
