Job Description:
Marathon Oil is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in a remote work position based in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate-level professional with at least 4 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, have excellent planning skills, and thrive in a teamwork-driven environment.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Take the extra mile to engage with customers and exceed their expectations - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or related field - Proven experience as a Customer Care Specialist or similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
