Job Description - Customer Experience Agent

Blue Illusion is a French inspired brand dedicated to the modern woman's pursuit of curated personal style. Founded by Donna & Danny Guest 20 years ago in Melbourne, Victoria, their dream was to create a boutique that celebrated the spirit of women, their passion for life and generosity of heart. Today, we have boutiques in Australia & New Zealand.

Are you a Customer Experience Agent that celebrates taking customers on a journey to true customer satisfaction? Blue Illusion requires a part time Customer Experience Agent to join the team to work 4 days per week, 4 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete Service Desk (live chat/ email/ phone)
  • Ensure the online customer experience is your primary focus
  • Manage customer enquiries in a friendly, efficient, and customer-centric way
  • Resolve customer service emails and phone calls, and emails made by our store teams
  • Use product knowledge to respond to customer queries
  • Provide customer with "upsell” options
  • Provide information regarding how to order on the site including delivery information and returns policy. Confirm, validate, and process orders if required
  • Liaise with stores regarding special customer requests/orders
  • Liaise with stores, regionals, RSC teams to resolve customer issues
  • Place online orders over the phone
  • Process refunds
  • Liaise with online warehouse team to resolve any issues
  • Manage Shippit queries through business portal

Ideally you have:

  • An ability to smile down the phone or in an email
  • Create rapport
  • Focus on the customer outcome
  • Energised by customer service
  • Ability to organise your day & tasks
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and competence with the Microsoft Office suite
