Our product range of globally recognised brands have established us with a strong presence as a key supplier of chemicals, solvents, resins and other specialty products which are critical to many industries such as agriculture, personal care, cleaning products, adhesives, road repair, fibreglass & composite manufacture and paint and surface coatings production.
Summary of the role
We are seeking an adaptable, enthusiastic and proactive Customer Experience guru to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience by meeting both our internal and our customers KPI’s along with assisting with stock production planning. The role involves working in a small and diverse team environment, while also being able to work autonomously from time to time.
