The customer service role is to provide quality on-time support to our Operations teams including our wide customer base!
Your ability to build strong relationships with internal staff and our customers will be an essential part of the role.
You will need to have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability work independently solve any issues that may arise and be able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment in order to ensure the business meets the timeslot deliveries and pickups requirements.
