The role:
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our current customers enquiring about their internet banking, credit cards or transaction accounts. Customers may contact us with account balance enquiries, to change their internet banking details, report a lost card or make a payment.

What you will bring
We are open Monday - Friday (8am - 7:15pm) and Weekends (9am - 6pm). We are currently offering the available rosters below with rotating hours and require bankers to work both weekends:
This role allows for hybrid working, with a mix of on site and remote working across the week. However, we would require you to be on site for training as this works best in person.
