Job Description
As a Customer Service Officer, you will partner with Services Australia to assist everyday Australians through essential payments and services. From welfare support to Medicare services and help during emergencies, Services Australia ensures Aussies get the assistance they need in various situations, like unemployment, illness, and retirement.

- Represent Services Australia within our Tier 1 Digital Support team
- Full-Time paid comprehensive training in a supportive environment
- Utilize self-service portals adeptly to assist customers in finding the information they need.
