Job Description - Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Waste Management is seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year in a customer service role is preferred.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively - Providing product information and assisting customers with ordering processes - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Documenting customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system - Working closely with the sales and operations teams to address customer needs - Participating in regular training sessions to stay updated on company products and services - Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction at all times


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent decision-making abilities and a cooperative attitude - A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus - Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required
