Job Description:

Yum Brands is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Assistant to join our remote team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints with a positive attitude 3. Processing customer orders and payments accurately 4. Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation 7. Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department 8. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer service role 2. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits 3. Strong project management and negotiation skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 7. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service 8. A high school diploma or equivalent
