Job Description - Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


L Brands is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a full-time, remote basis in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working independently and efficiently from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 3. Assist customers with product information, sizing, and general inquiries. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure outstanding customer service delivery. 6. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite. 5. Strong planning and organizational skills. 6. Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills. 7. Must be independent and hardworking.
