About the Role

This is a hands-on role working with a team of customer service officers. In this flexible, warm-sales environment, you will be part of a team delivering exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

As part of the customer service and sales team, your primary responsibilities include:

• Customer Service: Responding to customer queries in a professional, service-oriented manner seeking first-touch resolution with the view to exceed customer expectations.
• Sales: Answering or initiating email correspondence, customer calls and online chat to ensure sales targets are met.
• Product Knowledge: Understanding the products and translating policy wording to ensure that customers are fully informed on their cover.

About You

This role is perfect for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.

• Must have a positive can-do attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate through systems effectively
• Experience in a customer service environment
• Demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results
• Travel Insurance experience is a huge advantage
