We are looking for a full-time Customer service manager to work in our main office and warehouse dealing with pre and after sales customer service Management. The annual wage will be $75,000 to 80,000 plus 11% superannuation.
To be successful in this role you will Plan, administer and review customer service and after-sales services, and maintain sound customer relations with our customers
Responsibilities
Create customer relationship reports with management Pre and after sales.
Assist director with all scopes within the business
Maintain our CRM package software called Monday
Report to Director for Product related Matters / Report to product coordinator for POS support
Provide weekly updates and communicate weekly with Director.

Responsible for efficiency and providing efficiency to daily operations for when you are absent
Main Duties
· Developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided
· Ensuring operational efficiency within the organisation
· Providing phone support to customer on post sales
· Providing direction and feedback to team members and assisting with recruitment
· Managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer services
· Planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services provided
· Liaising with other organisational units, suppliers and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations
· Assist in implementing new procedures and increasing brand potential and awareness
· Develop and establish positive work relationships with clients to understand and meet their requirements
· Preparing of goods for customers on delivery and ensuring goods are of company standard for dispatch
· online orders and retail store orders
· Responsible for making claims CC product coordinator, accounts, and Director
· Professionally respond to suppliers when making claims or enquiries
· Assist with promotional materials and in-store displays and arrange them as per brand consistency
· Coordinate Quarterly stock take using professional scanning equipment
· Assist the Retail and sales team Sales while managing Warehousing and Logistics for customers
· Assist in Updating Supplier Costs and RRP to align with the brands target GP / refer to management
Requirements:
· Hold at least an AQF Diploma or higher qualification with 2 years experience or at least 3 years relevant experience will be mandatory
· Have great attention to detail
· Can work with a team or unsupervised
· Clean, neat and well-presented
· have a positive attitude
· be punctual and reliable
· have a creative mindset in assisting with menu planning
