Job Description:
Travelers Cos. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a full-time remote work position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and driven personality, along with strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations - Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancement - Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in the travel industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development - Proficient in CRM software and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
