Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


ResMed is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Customer Service Manager to join our team in a remote work position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As part of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience by managing a team of customer service representatives and overseeing all customer inquiries and concerns.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and coaching team members. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer inquiries. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely and empathetic responses to resolve issues. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer service to drive innovation and continuous improvement. 7. Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide support and ensure a positive customer experience. 8. Lead by example by demonstrating innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in all customer interactions.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in customer service management. 3. Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong organizational and time management skills. 6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members. 7. Innovative mindset and critical thinking skills. 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
