Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Anadarko Petroleum is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a full-time remote work position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Train and mentor staff to enhance their performance and skills - Collaborate with other teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner - Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective actions as needed - Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and implement innovative solutions - Maintain a high level of communication with team members and key stakeholders - Embrace creativity in problem-solving and decision-making processes


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team - Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
