Customer Service Officer

About the role

Reporting to Customer Service Team Leader, Daikin Australia is looking for a permanent full time Customer Service Officer based in Townsville, QLD. This role will process and manage internal sales and issues relating to the allocation and delivery of the Daikin products but not limited to:

• Prepare & capture sales order details into SAP system platform.
• Maintain accurate and timely delivery orders.
• Enter and action on changes to customer orders.
• Improving & maintaining positive customer relationships.

This role offers flexible selection of shifts between 8AM – 4PM or 9AM – 5PM shifts between Monday to Friday continuously offering onsite training & on-going development.

About you

• Looking for an individual with a strong willingness to learn & growth professionally.
• Confident communicating via the phone & email to our customers.
• Previous experience in administration and/or a customer-centric role would be ideally.
• Attention to details & ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with using outlook, salesforce and/or SAP will be ideally but are not essential.
