Customer Service Officer Multiple Customer Service Officer jobs across Perth; Joondalup, Booragoon and Cannington paying from $55k to $60k + super (pending exp) + bonuses for a large not-for-profit organisation.






Your new role


Working with a large not-for-profit health fund across multiple branches in Perth, this organisation is seeking 2 full-time Customer Service Officers (Joondalup & Booragoon) and 1 part-time Customer Service Officer (Cannington) to join their teams!


The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and sales to clients over the phone and face-to-face
  
  
• Knowledgeable of company service offerings, providing accurate information to clients
  
  
• Developing strong relationships with clients, with a 'member's first' mindset
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in retail, sales or customer service
  
  
• Tech-savvy, able to quickly pick up on systems and processes
  
  
• Great communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients
  
  
• Enjoys working in a team environment
  
  

The successful candidate will be expected to commit to a week of training in Sydney, accommodation will be provided.
