As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for new and potential customers wishing to access Breakthru services. You will work closely with customers and their families to understand their requirements, expectations, and aspirations. The key focus of this role is to secure customer engagement and deliver the very best customer service to enquiries.

Your ability to manage multiple priorities while continuing to provide strong customer service will be the key to your success in this role.
