With the head office located in the Adelaide CBD and multiple sites throughout South Australia, a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Customer Service Officer is currently available. About the Role

As the Customer Service Officer, you will report to the Manager and your primary objective will be to manage the administration of client accounts and associated services. You will maintain excellent working relationships with external business partners, for the provision of products and services to clients.

Duties

Process customer instructions for account maintenance and transaction requests 

Process customer requests for international fund transfers

Load new investments, process repayments and re-investments for clients

Process bank discrepancy and dishonoured cheque and direct debit notices

Check documentation for account and loan applications

Download and reconcile bank account information

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in banking or commerce

Professional manner and proactive attitude

Strong customer service focus

Ability to operate with discretion and to maintain complete confidentiality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Honest and trustworthy
