Job Description:
Darden Restaurants is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our remote team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products or services. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries promptly and accurately. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to increase revenue. 8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues to improve overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and persuasion skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Driven and resourceful attitude to meet and exceed customer expectations. 5. Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. 6. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is preferred. 7. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
