Job Description - Customer service officers

PERSOLKELLY is one of Australia's largest and longest serving recruitment providers. Delivering both quality temporary and permanent options, we specialise in the recruitment of Professional, ICT, Government, STEM, Management and Executive talent. We are working closely with our Osborne Park based client; a leading provider in medical services to find a quick learning, tech savvy customer service officer to join their growing team. These roles are high volume and fast paced and require someone with great people skills and empathetic attitude. Hours: Core Shifts between the hours of 5am - 4pm (6am - pm / 7am - 3pm etc) Hourly rate: $34ph + Super Location: Osborne Park, WA Training: Full training provided Start: ASAP - must be readily available to start within the next 1 - 2 weeks Duration: Initially 3 months with the possibility of extension or opportunity to become permanent for well performing employees. The Role

  • This is very much a people focused role where you will be supporting the organisation in responding to a high volume of client / customer calls.
  • You will be provided with full training and support in this fast-paced environment.
  • To be successful you MUST have full, unrestricted work rights and hold a valid National Police Clearance valid within 3 months or be willing to obtain one
Duties
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with an empathetic and supportive attitude
  • Respond to a range of client / customer calls of various natures and provide timely responses and updates
  • Accurately booking, cancelling, or rescheduling medical appointments
  • High volumes of accurate data entry across multiple systems
  • Onboarding new clients / customers, obtaining all relevant information
  • Adhere to key performance indicators
Required Skills To be considered for this role you will need:
  • Experience working in a high volume call centre or customer service environment. Experience within a people focused or healthcare environment will be considered highly advantageous
  • MUST hold a valid National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills and lateral thinking
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and remain calm
  • Possess excellent work ethic and behaviours
  • Ability to clearly communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Good time management and resilience
  • Ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly
