Job Description - Customer Service Operator

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Operator to join our Gladstone team. As a Customer Service Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and efficiently directing incoming client calls to the appropriate technical teams for prompt issue resolution. Your excellent communication skills and ability to assess and prioritize inquiries will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our clients' satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients calling for assistance and support.
  • Greet clients warmly and professionally, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Efficiently gather and document relevant client information to assess the nature and urgency of the issue.
  • Prioritize incoming calls based on urgency, complexity, and client needs.
  • Enter all service requests into Salesforce Service Cloud with accuracy and detail

About You:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software. Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting client interactions.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
