The role:
This is an inbound call centre, phone-based role that will see you supporting our consumer customers. You will be taking calls from our existing customers enquiring about their internet banking and credit cards or transaction accounts. We are open Monday - Friday (7am-9pm) and Weekends (9am-6pm) and your shifts will rotate across these hours.
The role will be a hybrid working model (on site/remote working) with the exception of training periods. You will be required on site for the first portion of training located at 700 Bourke Street.
