About the Role
As a level 1 / 2 member of the Webcentral Customer Care team, you will undergo the appropriate training to enable you to provide technical support to the Webcentral customer base as they employ and utilise the wide array of web services that we offer.
You will be well supported with the opportunity to work in partnership with onshore and offshore peers as well as our Sales, Product, and Business Technology teams.
We currently service our customers through phone, chat, and email channels.
