We have Customer Care teams across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and we currently have an exciting opportunity to grow our Customer Care team.

About the Role

As a level 1 / 2 member of the Webcentral Customer Care team, you will undergo the appropriate training to enable you to provide technical support to the Webcentral customer base as they employ and utilise the wide array of web services that we offer.

You will be well supported with the opportunity to work in partnership with onshore and offshore peers as well as our Sales, Product, and Business Technology teams.

We currently service our customers through phone, chat, and email channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support customers in a multi-channel support environment.
  • Provide technical support for products and services such as domain name, website and email services.
  • Manage customer escalations raised by our offshore customer service teams.
  • Work with sales teams as a point of pre and post-sale support.
  • Present innovative ideas and suggestions for improvement of service, processes, and system

About You

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or support role would be highly regarded
  • Possess a service-first focus
  • An ability to learn, understand and apply technical concepts
  • Effective communication skills
  • Supportive and collaborates well with others
  • Ability to interact and relate to a wide range of internal teams
  • Initiative and will not hesitate to ask questions when necessary
  • Show curiosity with a focus on continuous improvement
  • An interest in or desire to learn about technology
  • Experience or training in the technology industry
