About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Mandarin and English, you will handle general enquiries and account applications and collaborate with the Sales team to ensure client satisfaction. This position is a temporary contract that will potentially move to a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Duties

• Respond to client inquiries via email, live chat, and phone professionally and promptly.
• Handle new account applications and client onboarding processes.
• Database management, updating existing accounts based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to fulfill client needs.
• Offer comprehensive client support, covering technical, operational, and trading aspects.

Skills & Experience

• Proficient in English and Mandarin languages
• Experience working in financial services
• 1-2 years of customer service or call centre experience
• Collaborative team player
• Exhibits calm demeanour and excellent at handling complaints
• Must have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions and the ability to work with the business for up to 12-month on a fixed term contract.
