Role Overview: We are looking for organized and proactive Customer Service Representatives to support our growing team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth customer interactions and providing top-notch support to our clients. This position involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed assistance to customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
