What you will be doing:

As a member of our retail team at our Toorak and/or Malvern Stores, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our loyal customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Retail Sales and Customer Service: Delivering top-tier service and product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Food Preparation: Assisting with food prep and arranging trays for display cabinets to showcase our premium offerings.
• Merchandising and Restocking: Maintaining the visual appeal of our stores and ensuring shelves are well-stocked with quality products.
• Presentation and Hygiene: Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, both in-store and with personal presentation, to create a welcoming environment for our customers.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure the well-being of both customers and staff.

What we are looking for in you!

• Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail food environment is preferred.
• Customer Focus: A friendly demeanour and strong communication skills are essential for providing excellent customer service.
• Product Knowledge: The ability to offer cooking advice and recommendations to customers is a valuable asset.
