Our Customer Relations Team is growing. We are now hiring a talented ‘Customer Relations Assistant’ to help us create the best customer experience for our internal & external stakeholders.
We are looking for someone skilled in customer service, sales support & administrative support with a happy, confident & friendly phone manner.
If you enjoy working in a friendly team environment and have great enthusiasm, you might be the person we seek! This is a full-time position with a rapidly growing Australian company.
The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via phone & email inbound queries.
Create relationships with our clients, including electrical wholesalers & contractors.
Ability to work autonomously & as part of a collaborative team.
Processing of sales orders, credits & other data.
Providing expert administrative support to the team.
Support of our national sales team.
Efficiently respond to customer inquiries & inbound sales orders.
Provide customer support for technical queries, specifications, product availability, pricing & shipping information.
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm Roster

Microsoft Office Suite experience.
