THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to oversee and support our Building Supplies Customer Service Team. In this role you will be responsible for managing a small team of customer service officers, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be a detail oriented, approachable leader with outstanding communication skills and the ability to build long standing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
