Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

BlueScope Steel is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Success Assistant to join our team in a remote work position based in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Entry Level position, no specific years of experience are required, but the ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing customer accounts and relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to provide support and address any inquiries or issues. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner. - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify areas for improvement or growth. - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives. - Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve customer experience. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer success to enhance performance.

Requirements: - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Highly motivated and proactive with a customer-centric mindset. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
