Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Remote Work


Job description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at AK Steel Holding. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services. This is a remote work position based in Brisbane, Queensland, AU.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and requirements - Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve customer goals - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer value - Monitor customer usage data to identify trends and proactively address any potential issues - Provide product training and support to customers as needed - Develop and implement customer success best practices and processes


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6+ years of experience in customer success or account management - Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving customer success - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and confident with the ability to work remotely - Excellent negotiation and planning skills - Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings
