Customer Success Specialist - Remote Work

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Public Service Enterprise Group. This is a remote work opportunity based in Perth, Western Australia.

As a Customer Success Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Understanding customer needs and requirements - Providing product demonstrations and presentations to customers - Troubleshooting any issues or concerns that customers may have - Working closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Conducting research to stay updated on industry trends and customer feedback - Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience - Providing training and support to customers as needed - Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely responses to inquiries

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. You should also possess strong research and presentation skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
