Job Description - Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


AbbVie is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Associate to join our remote team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and targets


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong attention to detail and ability to innovate in problem-solving - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
