We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Officer for remote work with Express Scripts Holding in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Address customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the team. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
Requirements: 1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 2. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 3. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 4. Driven and adaptable with a positive attitude. 5. Emotional intelligence and strong project management skills. 6. Proficient in computer applications and customer service software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
