Stockland is seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Support Representative to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work remotely. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable and possess strong negotiation skills.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. You will also need to stay up-to-date on product information and company policies to ensure that you are able to assist customers effectively.
